Topical Local Anesthetics

The anesthetic concentration in topical agents is much higher than in injectable solutions; it can be as high as 20%!!

Cocaine hydrochloride is the best topical ever, but not available anymore for obvious reasons.
Benzocaine is not a weak base, but neutral (always in B form, never BH+)
Dyclonine hydrochloride (Dyclone) is a ketone!!
