Palm print:

It may identity the person if his hands were moist with blood or fluids.

Foot prints (MLI):

  • Used in trailing the enemies and friends in the desert.

  • In maternity hospital to guard against mixing of infants.

  • Identification of a criminal from the foot print if it is in mud or blood.

  • Personal identification through gait anomalies, extra-toe or flat foot.

  • Impression of the anterior part of foot indicates a running person

  • A deeper impression on one side denotes either a limping person or one carrying a heavy object on one shoulder.

  • Two prints distant from each other mean a tall person.

Lip prints:

  • Wrinkles and cracks of lips have specific individual characters

Other prints:

  • Voice prints, palatal prints, iris prints, teeth prints.
