Description and SymptomsCrusted, keratotic or ulcerated tumors. Although most are low grade malignancies, some areas carry a higher risk (lip, mucosa, ears and mid face) of metastasis.
Diagnosis Clinical confirmed by biopsy.
Pathology Tumors induced by either sun damage, arsenic exposure or chronic wounds.
Principles of Therapy Surgical excision, Mohs surgery or radiation therapy.
