quick and dirty way to tell heart rate: count big boxes between QRS. one box means 300, two boxes means 150, and so on for 100, 75, 60, 50
this tells us that the rate is around 50 bpm

hypothermia
idiopathic fibrosis
sx
fatigue
dyspnea
syncope
near syncope
diagnosis
ECG/rhythm strip
if this occurs during exercise, then a treadmill test
rx
acutely, atropine, β1 agonists, theophylline
long-term: pacemaker
