First determine the chemical score of the protein, then multiply the digestibility of the protein by the chemical score.

Maximum digestibility is = 1.0 (milk, soy beans, raw egg are all 1.0)

If the protein lacks any of the 9 essential AA then the chemical score will automatically be 0
