Bone is susceptible to fracture in Paget’s sarcoma
neoplastic change is very hard to clear
neurologic—sensory and motor problems—stem from vertebral involvement
in some stages, there is high-output cardiac failure, although this is very unusual

it’s nothing much of the time

if it’s more progressive, deafness, blindness, thickness of skull, secondary osteoarthritis
