      • AML

    • May go on to a spent phase

  • Stem cell = megakaryoblasts

    • Myeloproliferative d/o = essential thrombocythemia or agnogenic myeloid metaplasia with myelofibrosis

    • Transformation to AML

    • Can also go on to a spent phase
