cortisone and glucocorticoids: decreased protein synthesis, decreased capillary budding, decreased fibroblast growth. wound healing is delayed but not stopped
aspirin: no significant effect
cytotoxic chemotherapy: surprisingly little effect at the doses we commonly use. cancer chemotherapy is usually postponed for about 6 weeks after therapy
