Chronic pain; amitriptyline in particular is very useful
Migraine headache prophylaxis (tricyclics and SSRIs)
Attention deficit disorder used tricyclics in past, but rare now. SSRIs are beneficial and so is bupropion. Bupropion is a dopamine releaser and a good treatment choice bc it also treats depression.
Enuresis - tricyclics, esp imipramine
Smoking cessation – buproprion
