Either meisners or Aurebachs plexus, or both, doesn't appear congenitally
Without the neural network, colon size won't change
It is stricture that causes huge dilation behind it
So the problem is at the stricture ( no manual network)
Premature infants can have underdevelopment of neural network, it just needs time to mature, smaller needs more often until then
Biopsy is best diagnosis - flexible fiber optics
